The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grumpy Geeks. The terms "you" and "your" refer to, well, you - the Customer. Grumpy Geeks operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Grumpy Geeks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our online store and your purchases. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

3. Ordering Process

How to Place an Order: Browse products, add your choices to the cart, select your preferred payment and shipping options, and confirm your order.
Account Creation: You may choose to register for a free account by providing your details, or proceed as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
Order Confirmation: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are displayed in your local currency.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your selected delivery method.
Payment can be made via variety of means, including Credit or Debit Card, Shopify Payments, Google Pay, Klarna or Blik.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped from Poland, EU.
Shipping fees depend on your location and chosen delivery method, and are calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the target destination, but generally range up to 12 business days.
If the packaging appears damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery and document the damage with the courier.
By placing your order you authorize us, through a power of attorney, to conclude, on your behalf and for your benefit, a postal services agreement or a shipment transportation agreement with a selected supplier or logistics operator solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The power of attorney is issued on a one-time basis and is limited to activities necessary for collecting the shipment from us and delivering it to the address specified by you in your order. Any costs associated with executing the delivery agreement (shipping costs) are included in the total purchase amount and displayed at checkout. The amount paid as shipping costs constitutes a reimbursement of expenses incurred by us on behalf of and for the benefit of you, and does not constitute income for Grumpy Geeks within the meaning of the Personal Income Tax Act (PIT) or the basis for VAT (Value Added Tax) assessment. This amount corresponds to the actual shipping costs as per the applicable price list or is rounded in favour of you - the Buyer.

6. Product Quality and Complaints

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Should you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@grumpygeeks.com or +48 792 412 948.
All complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us via email at info@grumpygeeks.com.
You may use the withdrawal form attached below, but it is not obligatory.
Goods must be packaged carefully and returned within 14 days at your own expense.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund all payments made, including shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or any other means as agreed between us and you.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Data is used solely for order processing and communication.
We employ SSL encryption to safeguard your payment and personal information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Grumpy Geeks is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Grumpy Geeks. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Grumpy Geeks, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Grumpy Geeks.
Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
