We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you should contact us at info@grumpygeeks.eu.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our shipping warehouse located at: Grumpy Geeks, Unii Lubelskiej 3 bud.2, 61-249 Poznań, Poland.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Poland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@grumpygeeks.com.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right, by refund or exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund or exchange request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or the item will be exchanged, depending on your preference.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

You may use the withdrawal form attached below, but it is not obligatory.
Goods must be packaged carefully and returned within 14 days at your own expense.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund all payments made, including shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or any other means as agreed between us and you.
